Indonesian Workers' Mental Health Protection: An Urgency?

This study aims to determine the urgency of setting corporate responsibility norms for protection workers' mental health and analyze concept regulating in Indonesia. research is a normative legal with statue approach conceptual approach. The results obtained indicate that urgent, there are at least 2 (two) reasons why this urgent be regulated, namely: First, juridical reason no specific regulation regulates workers Second, sociological can burden families, communities, governments. In addition, harm national economy global affect bottom line business or company's net profit through decreased productivity. Indonesia done by revising PERMENAKER Number 5 2018 concerning Occupational Safety Health. case, revision intended add work anxiety, job burnout, depression into standard psychological factors.
